Shipping Policy

EU Delivery We ship to all 27 EU member states. Estimated delivery times are 5–10 business days from dispatch, depending on destination. Royal Mail are our primary carrier for EU orders.

UK Delivery We ship to all addresses within the United Kingdom. Estimated delivery is 1–2 business days from dispatch via Royal Mail. Free shipping may be available on orders over a certain amount — see checkout for current thresholds.

International Delivery (Rest of World) We ship worldwide to selected destinations, including the US, Canada and more. Estimated delivery is 7–14 business days from dispatch, depending on destination and customs clearance times.

All international orders are shipped via a secure tracked service and a tracking number will be provided once your order is dispatched.

Customs & Import Duties (International) International orders outside the EU and UK may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and handling fees upon arrival in the destination country. These charges are levied by local customs authorities and are the sole responsibility of the recipient unless a DDP shipping label can be purchased depending on the destination country. GiacomoHighEnd has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.
