Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers) In accordance with EU consumer law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without providing a reason. To exercise this right, please contact us at Giacomo.k@hotmail.co.uk within this period.

Return Conditions Items must be returned in their original condition — unworn, unaltered, and with all original tags, dust bags, and packaging intact. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Refund Timeline Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 14 days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Exceptions The right of withdrawal does not apply to items that have been personalised or custom-ordered, or to sealed items that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons once unsealed.

Return Shipping Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrectly sent.
